We believe that our products will look better if you’re thrilled when using them. We welcome exchanges for any reason provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your items and recommend you insure your return package.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
MyPerennial is proud to offer a range of chic accessories to fit your style. Likewise, you can pick your payment preference. We accept personal checks, money orders, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Credit card and PayPal orders can be processed securely online. Simply add items to your cart. When you’ve achieved retail nirvana, click on the shopping cart and check out.Check and money orders require a bit of human contact (worry not: we’re charming!) Please send us an email or give us a call at 917.623.9423 with items and colors as well as your preferred payment method. We’ll be glad to get you what you need!
While anticipation is thrilling, we believe having your product makes for true bliss. We ship Monday – Saturday. While we do have many items in stock, please remember that each piece is handcrafted and all custom orders as well as a few other items are made upon receipt of your order. Never a procrastinator, Jen strives to please and have your fabulous MyPerennial product to you in a week or two. If you are in dire need (we’ve all been under an important birthday deadline…) let us know, and we’ll be happy to work something out!
We ship at a flat rate of $5.75.
IL residents pay 9.75% tax (yikes!) but get to live in a fabulous state!
Additional $5 shipping fee for some international orders (oh, and any custom’s fees are up to you!)
We are glad to ship Priority USPS or UPS within the United States and Global Priority / Express to most countries worldwide.Once in the mail, we have little control over how the mail is handled. If your package arrives damaged (hasn't happened yet!), please contact us so we can do our best to make it right. If your package goes missing once it is posted, we can occasionally and unfortunately do nothing but wait. Please be patient. We're glad to provide a receipt or delivery confirmation number, and will do our best to make an unfortunate situation right.
