WHAT KIND OF FELT DO YOU USE?
You'll be impressed with the sumptuousness of each item! The felt we use is the softest, most touchable wool or wool-acrylic blend. Wool felt does not pill, unlike the brightly-colored "craft" felt you may have used as a child.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW MYPERENNIAL ITEMS?
We recommend dry-cleaning or careful hand-washing for all of our products. Pillow covers zip off for easy dry cleaning. Tanks and kids tees with removable flowers and animals can be machine washed.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS?
If you’re looking for something in different colors or a different size, we are most happy to help! Jen adores creating the ‘just right’ piece for you!
